A cupboard containing AV equipment is available in the church office at City URC, Windsor Place. The key for the locked cupboard is available from the office staff. The cupboard contains the following AV items.

• Video projector (for use with a laptop)
• Projector stand
• CD player
• Two mains powered portable amplifiers
• Selection of microphones for the above including radio microphones
• 13 amp extension lead
•  The City laptop is also available (needs pre-booking) for group use within the church.
• A record sheet is kept in the cupboard to complete each time the AV equipment is used.

Also in the office is a set of display boards available for use.

There are two areas within the church that have ‘plumbed in’ AV systems. These comprise a video projector, screen(s) and sound systems. It is necessary to connect a laptop to either system. Staff at City are available to help in case of difficulty.
