Antonina Mendola has been a clinical hypnotherapist based in Swansea for many years, specialising in confidence building, motivation as well as helping people overcome anxieties and fears. Her presentation will focus on a brief history of hypnosis – debunking some of the myths. She will bring us up to date with recent scientific research and will hold some interactive exercises with us. Note; you will not be made to quack like a duck!!
