The group usually meets in the cafe at City URC Church on the fourth Thursday of the month, from 2.00pm to 3:30pm.
The group’s journey through the works of the great authors of world literature has now arrived at the 1950s.
A member of the group introduces one of the author’s novels, which is discussed by the group and compared with some of the novelist’s other works and those of their contemporaries.
