The radio play, ‘Memory Ain’t What it Used to be’ was showcased on Friday 20th June. The story, written by Peter Grehan , takes an inter-generational perspective on memory loss and includes young voice actors from Hengoed Primary School and adults connected with ‘Singing for the Brain’. The event was attended by friends and family of the cast, as well as representatives from Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and a range of support groups, such as the local Alzheimer’s Society. The audio will soon be published on the Ysbyty Ystrad FM page.
